You can order it online and it's the most palatable (to me anyhow) of the protein drinks out there. you can mix the chocolate with Skim milk and it's wonderful! (I just went under the 200 pound mark. I am 5'9". (I am not giving you a date summary of myself either). I tried weight watchers, the YMCA, working out like crazy, the 3 day diet...I've never lost weight. Then I tried Clean Eating. It is really helping me. It's easy, my hubby loves the recipes (He's down 12 pounds). I have never been so satisfied, and had such success in my life.
